This Sunday marks a major milestone in my life and career: 30 years at Adobe.
When I started back in July 1996, I never could have imagined where this path would lead. From a kid growing up on the East Side of Detroit fascinated by tech and sci-fi, to running my own desktop publishing business, serving in the Army National Guard, and ultimately stepping onto global stages as an Adobe Evangelist—it has been the ride of a lifetime.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of helping launch iconic tools like InDesign 1.0, traveling the world, and even being challenged into becoming a professional photographer during an early Lightroom demo. Above all, I’m grateful for the incredible community of creators, mentors, and friends who have been part of this story.
I put together an extensive look back at my entire 30-year journey, filled with throwback photos, lessons learned, and key milestones.
Thank you for all your support!
