  1. Yes, but when are we going to have something new to learn in ID-CC? When I signed up for CC last spring I was looking forward to near-monthly, incremental upgrades in easy-to-learn bit-sized chunks. So far, there’s be a host of upgrades to web apps like Edge, but not a single new feature for ID-CC.

    I’ve got over a dozen print books with endnotes. I refuse to publish them with ugly in-line notes. I could easily recoup the cost of a CC subscription and more with digital revenue if ID simply turned footnotes into Apple pop-up notes. It’s just a bit of HTML-like code. How hard can that be to write?

    I’m sure Adobe wants more ID users to sign up for CC, but the only way to make that happen is to make ID-CC significantly better than ID 6.0. So far that’s not happening.
