I have a similar setup for my home theater. Question for you, have you played standard DVDs in your PS3? I have and they do not display full screen. BluRays are beautiful and cover every last inch of the screen, standard widescreen format dvds seem to play covering different amounts of the screen. Just wondered if you experienced the same thing & if so, did you figure out a way to make it use all of the screen?

Wow - looks fantastic! Did you build the riser for the second row yourself? Was it easy to do? I'm thinking of building one for the second row in my theater. Enjoy the fun!

Ron,
The room is roughly 15'x12'. The front row is not as close as it looks. There is room between both rows and the screen even fully reclined. The view is great from either row.

Hey Terry,

Awesome room and reviews. One question what is the size of the room? Well actually two questions it looks like the front row is pretty close, how far away is the front row of chairs from the screen?

Thanks

Lavonne,
the room conversion took about 15 days. The crap was mostly trashed/recycled :-)
Thanks!

Hey Terry,

Love the before & after home theatre photos. How long did it take you to convert the room & where is all that crap? Thanks for the great reviews.

Terri
Great looking theatre. I am in the process of doing something similar. Your reviews are priceless.
Thanks a lot.
