I watched the keynote video in hopes of understanding the reasoning and the design of the new Photoshop logo. My first impression is for Adobe to stick to software design and leave the graphic design to someone else. 

This logo is a train wreck. I see a &quot;talk cloud&quot; and a &quot;P&quot;, but I am reminded of the decades old PBS logo and the bad, borrowed Quark logo that changed so quickly. The gel treatment is so &quot;Aqua&quot;. Frankly, as uninteresting as the periodic chart logos are compared to CS, CS2 and CS2, they workâ€¦this doesn&#039;t -- IMO</description>
